Full payment must be settled before boarding the boat at the meeting point. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who has not completed their payment.

By booking a "Shared Boat" package, guests understand they will share the vessel with other participants. Boat capacity is managed according to official port authority regulations (Max 15–20 pax).

For your safety, wearing a life jacket is mandatory during snorkeling activities. Our guides will provide a life jacket for every guest.

Guests who choose to remove their life jacket for photography purposes (aesthetic photos) or due to their swimming proficiency do so entirely at their own risk. By doing so, the guest acknowledges they are confident in their swimming abilities and voluntarily waives their right to hold snorkelingpenida.com liable for any incidents arising from this decision.

The captain has the final authority to change snorkeling spots or cancel the trip if sea conditions are deemed dangerous. Safety is our absolute priority. No refund will be issued for changes due to natural factors.

Any complaints or discomfort must be reported immediately during the tour to our staff or guides. We do not accept claims or complaints made after the tour has ended, especially those intended to avoid payment or request unfair refunds.
